The FOX LOUNGES can adapt to meet your needs. You can book our CONFERENCE AREA and MEETING ROOM for whole days, mornings, afternoons or evenings. Choose your time slot at a cost-effective flat rate or book a whole day. And we can, of course, arrange special services such as upscale catering options or an exclusive VIP service. Use our online booking tool or contact us personally about your event in FOX LOUNGES.
Flat rates:
Half-day flat rate: up to 4 hours max.
Daily flat rate: from 5 hours
Evening flat rate: from 6 pm – 10 pm
If you’ve picked a half-day flat rate and want to extend your event spontaneously, talk to us to book a daily flat rate, as long as there’s no event directly afterwards.

CONFERENCE AREA with lounge and bar
Daily flat rate: € 950
Half-day flat rate (mornings or afternoons): € 450
Evening flat rate: € 550
(until 10 p.m., costs € 150.00 for each additional hour started)
MEETING ROOM
Daily flat rate: € 480
Half-day flat rate (mornings or afternoons): € 250
WHOLE FLOOR
Daily flat rate: € 1.430
Half-day flat rate (mornings or afternoons): € 700
